MEDLINE Daily Update is an Ovid database which acts as a holding place for the fully indexed items received from NLM on a daily basis until they are added to the full MEDLINE file at Ovid on a weekly basis. Once a year (usually at the end of November/beginning of December) this file can encompass several weeks of data while Ovid accomplishes their annual reload.
