OGB Member ID Card
Blue Cross began mailing new ID cards the week of February 23, 2015 for members whose plan year began March 1, 2015. The delivery of some ID cards has been delayed due to winter weather conditions in Dallas, TX, where the cards are produced.
If you were enrolled in a Blue Cross plan in 2014, your member ID number will not change. If you need to see the doctor before your new ID card arrives, you can use your current ID card.
You can also print a temporary ID card by using the "member self-service" area of the Blue Cross website. Click here to log in and print an ID card.
