FEMA is currently
reviewing their draft of the permanent repair and
hazard mitigation proposal for the Medical Education
Building. This document addresses the elements of
our plans for the combined CSRB/MEB project that
were not included in the earlier CSRB document that
has been signed by LSUHSC and is going thru the

repairs to the building and $24,184,940.00 for

drafted by FEMA and is under review by their 406
Mitigation team. We anticipate receiving both the
MEB proposal and the Central Utility Plant document
from FEMA for our review and signature in the near
future.
