The 1st and 2nd coats of epoxy flooring were applied in the 1st Floor offices and all 4 stairwells. The contractor continued installing the stairs to the raised generator platform and welding them in place. They poured concrete for the bottom step of the stairwell to the new generator platform. Workers ran conduit and pulled wire for receptacles on the 2nd Floor near the MEB loading dock and conduit for emergency circuits was run near the 2nd Floor pump room. The contractor ran conduit and pulled wire for light fixtures on the 2nd Floor. A section of wall was removed in 2nd Floor Stairwell 1 to make a doorway into the new switchgear room. Workers continued framing out the sheetrock fur down immediately inside of the new entryway on the 2nd Floor.

The contractor painted the remaining 4 doors on the 1st Floor of the Student Residence Hall and installed the kick plates and door thresholds. The doors on the 2nd level of the elevated mechanical/electrical/plumbing structure were painted and the door hardware was installed. Louvers were installed on the 2nd level of the new structure near the basketball entrance gate and on the roof level of building. Crews installed the fire alarm devices on the 2nd level of the new structure and the air intake shroud for the emergency generator was installed. The contractor installed the interior CMU wall in the domestic water pump room on the 2nd level of the new building. The exhaust fans were installed in the domestic water pump room and the generator room.

The Resource Center contractor removed heating hot water piping from the 2nd Floor pump room and installed the steel framing and metal decking. The concrete pad for the fourth and final heating water pump was poured. The contractor installed end rails for the steps of the generator platform on the roof. Workers installed all the doors along the back corridor of the 1st Floor and replaced the exterior doors at the loading dock and south stairwell. Crews are painting the 1st Floor exterior doors and installing the door hardware.

The loading dock roof at the rear of the Clinical Education Building was demolished. The sewer line adjacent to the emergency generator and the transformer vault was repaired and the sewer lines near the loading dock area were relocated. The sewer line near the loading dock was connected to the manhole and the contractor backfilled the old transformer vault site. Wire was pulled in the basement for the parking garage exhaust fans, the basement exhaust fan and the elevator sump pump. Crews continued installing electrical conduits on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 6th Floors and removed existing conduits on the 5th Floor. Concrete forms for the shaft walls of the passenger elevators in the basement are being erected. The contractor continued welding and installing 8-inch chilled water pipes and installing electrical conduits in the basement.

Chilled water isolation valves were installed in Room 2110 (the mechanical room). The contractor removed the old chilled and heating hot water lines and removed units L2A and L3A from the mechanical room in the Administration Bldg. They disassembled the new AHUs L2A and L3A so they would fit into the freight elevator and moved them into the Administration Building. The concrete pads for units L2A and L3A were poured and AHUs L2A and L3A were reassembled and set in place. The chilled water lines were run for both new units.
