Monday, March 13, 2006 - Work began today on the 2nd environmental remediation contract which addresses the Residence Hall, Stanislaus Hall, the Nursing/Allied Health Building and the Resource Center.
- The contractor has completed the repairs to the 4 front passenger elevators at the MEB. An inspection of those elevators will be scheduled shortly.
- Four of the elevators in the Lion's/LSU Clinic will be ready for inspection when the 1st floor doors are installed and the emergency phones are tested. This work is expected to be completed within the week.
- Two passenger elevators and the freight elevator at Stanislaus Hall have been repaired and are ready for inspection.
