Dental School :

• Landis continued working on the installation of the ceiling grid and tile on the 3^rd and 4^th floors of the Clinic Building.
• The following is the status of the remediation and duct cleaning work as of this morning:
• Clinic Building:
• 1st - Clean and clearance samples passed.  Duct viable samples taken yesterday and results are expected next week.  AHU to remain off until then.
• 2nd - Clean and clearance samples passed.  All AHU viable samples passed and both units operational.
• 3rd - Clean and clearance samples passed.  North AHU (E3B) viable samples passed and the unit is operational.  AHU E3A failed viable test and coils are being re-cleaned and will be sampled when the re-cleaning is complete. 
• 4th - Clean and clearance samples passed.  AHU viable samples for both units expected by the end of this week.
• 5th - Clean and clearance samples passed.  AHU viable samples for both units expected by the end of this week
• 6th - Clean and clearance samples passed.  AHU viable samples for both units expected early next week. 
• 7th - Clean and clearance samples passed.  AHU viable samples for both units expected early next week.
• 8th - Duct cleaning in progress.
• Admin Building : 
• 2nd - AHUs and ducts cleaned and viable samples taken yesterday (6/12).  Final area cleaning will continue when power is restored to the building.
• 3rd - AHUs and ducts cleaned and viable samples taken yesterday (6/12).  Final area cleaning will continue when power is restored to building.
• 4th - AHUs and ducts cleaned and ducts are being re-coated today.  Viable samples expected to be taken today or tomorrow.  Final area cleaning will continue when power is restored to building.

1542 Tulane Ave.:

• Ordes Electrical is installing disconnect panels for the domestic hot water circulating pump.  
• Stratos Elevators continues installing the floor call buttons.  
• Arc Mechanical is installing the heat exchangers for domestic hot water.

Landscaping Project:

• 26 Savannah holly trees were planted around the CSRB and the Lions/LSU Clinic Building.
• All of the irrigation zones have the underground pipe installed and terminated.
