1542 Tulane Ave.:

• Stratos Elevator is installing the elevator cab roof for Elevator #1.
• They finished installing the rope gripper for Elevator #8.
• The remediation contractor continues to seal the HVAC ducts on the 4th Floor.
• Zimmer continues to remove building debris from the rear portion of the building.
• Zimmer finished the final cleaning on the 2nd Floor in the offices along the main corridor.
• The 2nd floor passed visual inspection and air samples were taken.
• The contractor finished painting in Suite 123 and is prepping the walls in Suite 122 .
• The contractor continues to prime the walls on the 7th Floor and is floating the walls on the 5th Floor.
• Trison Contructors finished the flooring installation for the 1st and 3rd Floor network closets.
• The contractor finished painting the network closet on the 3rd floor.

Dental School :

• Needham Roofing removed the unneeded roofing material from the Clinic Building.  
• They began to remove the old roof from the west side of the Administration Building .
• The 1st ply of the new roofing material has been installed over the section where the old roofing was removed. 
• Schindler installed the purple wall panels, ceiling and lights in Elevators #3 and #4.
