1542 Tulane Ave.:

• Stratos Elevator continues to work on the safeties for Elevator #1 and the controls for Elevator #8. 
• Siemens continues to work on the new fire alarm devices.
• Zimmer is coating the ducts on the 2nd Floor with an anti-microbial solution and is sealing the access holes that were cut into the 2nd Floor ducts.
• Zimmer continues to remove building debris.  
• Zimmer finished removing the peeling paint and cleaning on the 7th Floor in the rear of the building on the Charity Hospital side. 
• A visual inspection is being scheduled. 
• The contractor has started prepping the 6th Floor for cleaning.  
• Zimmer continues to remove the floor tile in the "A section" (over the garage) on the 3rd Floor.  
• The painting contractor continues to cut-in with the finish paint on the 5th and 6th Floors.  
• Boe-tel pulled new network wires from office stations to the new network closet on the 1st Floor.

Dental School

• Needham Roofing began installing the flashing around the perimeter of the Administration Building roof.
