NOTICE: There will be a domestic hot and cold water outage in the Lions/LSU Clinic Building on Saturday, May 17th from 4:00 AM to 6:30 PM.  This means that there will be no water available at any faucets, toilets or urinals.  To avoid problems when the water is turned back on, we ask that no one attempt to use the faucets, toilets and urinals during the outage. 

NOTICE: On Saturday, May 17th, there will be a building-wide hot water outage at Sister Stanislaus Memorial Hall.  This outage will begin at 9:00 AM and end by 11:00 PM.  During this time there will be no hot water available at any faucets or showers – only cold water will be available.  This outage is needed in order for some steam piping and valves to be repaired.

1542 Tulane Ave. :

• Stratos continues to install the whisper-flex cable for Elevator #7.
• Royerre Commercial Carpet is installing cove base and transition strips in offices on the 2nd Floor along the center corridor.
• Trison continues to install ceiling tiles in the areas of the ceilings where they have sealed penetrations.
• The contractor is priming the new construction walls that have been erected on Floors 5 through 8.
• Merit Sprinkler installed new valves for the dry-pipe system on the 8th Floor.

MEB Trash Chute

• Zimmer completed cleaning and sanitizing the trash chute.

Downtown Landscaping Project:

• The sod delivered earlier this week has been laid.

MEB Roof Replacement:

• The contractor is installing the metal trim edge on the penthouses.
