Clinic Building Permanent Repairs and Mitigation:
The contractor continues installing door frames on the 7th Floor.

The contractor is making penetrations for the new plumbing.
The contractor is installing ceiling track.
Floor Lobby Renovations:
The contractor continues to frame in the back wall in between the auditoriums where the digital signage is to be located.
Floor Ceiling Replacement:
The contractor has installed the wall angle in approximately 85% of the corridors and continues to install the ceiling grid.
Hall Walkway Resurfacing:
The contractor began work on the punch list items, including drilling and correcting the weep holes for drainage, installing threshold at the double door entrance to the MEB, and cutting and filling the expansion joint where the walkway meets the building.
