1542 TULANE AVE.:

General contractor continued demolition in the 3rd floor annex.

General contractor continued wall construction in the lounges on 6th and 7th floors.

Painting contractor continued painting stairwell and hallway ceilings.

Furniture vendor delivered new furniture for the University Police office on 1st floor.

Facility Services continued installing new fan coil units and painting in rooms on the 6th floor. Plumbers continued mechanical rough-in for the kitchenettes in the 6th floor lounge. Commenced clearing building supplies from the 1st floor auditorium.
DENTAL CAMPUS AUDITORIUMS A & B RENOVATIONS:

General Contractor continues to construct the framing for the ceiling in Auditorium A.

Mechanical Contractor is setting-up for the chilled water pipe valve installations required for the new AHU.
DENTAL CAMPUS 6TH AND 8TH FLOOR RENOVATIONS:

Mechanical Contractor continues installing pipe hangers and vacuum piping for room 8405.
LIBRARY COMMONS:

Contractor installed cementitious board on the frieze wall.
LIONS BUILDING MITIGATION:

Mechanical subcontractor is running lines for new Med Gas on the 6th floor simulation rooms; insulating supply duct on CSRB side of 6th floor; piping in VAV’s on Gravier side of 6th floor; installing the vent line and the water lines to the water closets and the urinals on the 6th floor Bolivar/CSRB side bathroom; and piping in the AHU in mechanical room on 1st floor on the Gravier/Bolivar side of the building.

Iron subcontractor was rained out.

Contractor is sealing penetrations on 6th floor; hanging door frames on the CSRB side of 6th floor; and framing the bathroom on the 6th floor Bolivar / CSRB side.
MDL-5 LAB RENOVATION:

Contractor is installing countertop for the unistrut frame and connecting plumbing fixtures; continues installing speakers and mounting bracket for LCD TV; and completed installation of new partition panels.
MEB 4th FLOOR CEILING REPLACEMENT:

Contractor continued to install ceiling tiles on the South Roman side of the floor.
RESIDENCE HALL LOBBY EXPANSION:

Contractor completed shot blasting the 2nd floor from tower A to tower B elevator.
RESIDENCE HALL WALKWAY RESURFACING:

Contractor applied second underlayment layer for the walkway surface.
