NOTICE:On Saturday, July 25th, from 5:00 AM until
6:00 PM, there will be a chilled water outage at the Clinical Education Building - 1542 Tulane Avenue
to allow Facility Services to add isolation valves on the chilled water system
and to clean the chilled water system strainers.During the outage the building will have no
air conditioning.

Facility Services applied touch-up paint in the 1st floor offices along Tulane Ave. and painted the doors and frames leading into the auditorium.
Facility Services replaced the door glass in Room 230.
The contractor installed sheetrock over the 1 X 1 ceiling tiles in the 1st Floor lounge.

CLINIC PERMANENT REPAIRS AND MITIGATION:
The contractor pulled wire to the temporary MRI trailer disconnects switch and transformer.

HALL 2nd FLOOR LOBBY RENOVATIONS:
The contractor installed wall sconces and recess lightings in the recreation room
The contractor continued priming the handrail on the mezzanine floor.

HEALTH/NURSING BLDG. ROOF REPLACEMENT:
The contractor continued installing aluminum flashing around the 4th Floor ledge near Bolivar Street .

AIR HANDLING UNIT REPLACEMENT:
Facility Services continued monitoring and adjusting temporary AC units for the B Quadrant (corner of Perdido Street and South Roman Street ).
The contractor continued installing new hot water piping for air handling unit 7-B.

The contractor grouted the granite columns.
They continued installing carpet in Medical Center Stores.
Crews continued smoothing the pans of the concrete ceiling.

The contractor installed wood blocking for the casework.
The contractor continued patching walls.

AUDITORIUMS A & B RENOVATIONS:
The contractor continued to work on punch-list items in both auditoriums.
The A/V contractor continued to test and make adjustments to the projectors and installed monitors at the podiums in Auditorium A.
