NOTICE:
This Saturday, September 12th, there will be a Dental
School steam outage affecting both the
Clinic and Administration Buildings , beginning at
6:00 AM and ending by 6:00 PM.During
this outage, there will be no steam for autoclaves or domestic hot water
available.There will be water at the
faucets, but it will not be hot.This
outage is needed to complete the Boiler Project.

TULANE AVE. REPAIRS:
The 1st Floor coffee kiosk opened for service today.
The contractor installed furring channel at the 1st Floor garage/building entrance

HEALTH/NURSING BLDG. REROOFING PROJECT:
The contractor continued to repair the metal panels on the parapet wall of the atrium roof.
LIONS/LSU
CLINIC BUILDING:
The contractor replaced the remaining carpet on the 3rd Floor in Rooms 329A, 336 and 336B.

AIR HANDLING UNIT REPLACEMENT:
Facility Services completed relocation of the temporary A/C units from the 4th and 5th Floor Quadrant D to the 4th and 5th Floor Quadrant C (corner of Bolivar Street and MEB loading dock).
The contractor completed testing and balancing air handling unit 4-D and 5-D.
Crews removed the ceiling outside of mechanical room 5-C in preparation for the removal of duct work.

7th FLOOR PHYSIOLOGY LABS RENOVATION:
The contractor continued installing new lab furniture in Room 7221.
RESOURCE CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT:
The contractor removed the existing roof and applied the two-ply temporary roof system at the corner of Gravier and Bolivar Street .
RESOURCE CENTER 6TH FLOOR ELEVATOR LOBBY:
The contractor continued installing wall covering in the elevator lobby area.
DENTAL SCHOOL
AUDITORIUM A&B RENOVATIONS:
Facility Services placed the chairs in Auditorium B.
