conditioning outage at the Clinical Education Building

- starting at 6:00 PM on Friday, September 4th, and lasting until 6:00 PM on
Saturday, September 5th.Contractors
will be re-routing chilled water lines in the basement and parking garage.During this outage, the building will have no
air conditioning.
1542 TULANE AVE. :
The contractor re-routed electrical conduit in the garage at the 1st Floor ADA Ramp.
Workers laid floor tile in Room 122F (Womens Restroom).
The contractor installed door locks for the pipe chase in the parking garage.

HEALTH/NURSING BLDG. REROOFING PROJECT:
The contractor continued to repair the metal panels of the atrium roof.
DENTAL SCHOOL
AUDITORIUM A & B RENOVATIONS:
The A/V contractor continued making programming adjustments to the A/V and podium equipment in Auditorium B.
The network wiring crew pulled network wires for the wireless access connections in Auditoriums A and B.
EXTERIOR/LANDSCAPING:
Facility Services laid sod and planted trees beside the Roman Garage along Gravier Street .
They continued the demolition of asphalt around the perimeter of the T-lot.

AIR HANDLING UNIT REPLACEMENT:
Facility Services monitored and adjusted the temporary A/C units to the 4th and 5th Floor Quadrant D (corner of Bolivar Street and Perdido Street ).
The contractor continued installing electrical and controls for air handling unit 4-D and 5-D.

7th FLOOR PHYSIOLOGY LABS RENOVATION:
The contractor continued installing light fixtures in Rooms 7221 and 7244.
The contractor began installing new lab furniture in Room 7241.
RESIDENCE
HALL 2nd FLOOR LOBBY EXPANSION:
The contractor installed the wall covering behind the security desk area and on the wall adjacent to the mailboxes.
RESOURCE CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT:
The contractor lowered five additional roof drains and applied the two-ply temporary roof system on the Tulane Avenue Side of the building.
