The National Library of Medicine has redistributed materials in the AIDSLINE
database: coverage and holdings remain the same. Over 156,000 records on Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and related
topics involving research, clinical aspects and health policy issues. Includes all languages.
Updated weekly, with about 900 new citations added each month. Indexed documents include journal
articles, government reports, letters, technical reports, meeting abstracts/papers, monographs,
special publications, theses, books and audiovisuals. Citations are derived from
MEDLINE, CANCERLIT, CATLINE, AVLINE and BIOETHICSLINE files, and the meeting abstracts
from the International Conferences on AIDS, and other AIDS related meetings, conferences
and symposia. Citations and abstracts from newsletters and special AIDS journals are also included.
