CM-2 Billing for Professional Services

Faculty members who are practicing their profession and billing for the services rendered are authorized to use LSU letterheads for billing only when the services are a part of an income plan approved by the LSU Board of Supervisors.

Under no circumstances should faculty members submit bills to private patients on University stationery or at University expense when the amount so billed is for the personal account of the faculty member.
