CM-34 - Required Credentials For Faculty Employment

For Currently Employed Faculty

Effective immediately, all departments are required to obtain and forward to Human Resource Management official transcripts from the terminal degree granting institution for each of their personnel with faculty rank (full-time and part-time). Current faculty, in lieu of official transcripts, may submit copies of Board Certification or State Licensure if appropriate.

The deadline for completing the update of all faculty files in accordance with this memorandum is January 1, 1996.

For Future Employed Faculty

Effectively immediately, all departments are required to obtain and forward to Human Resource Management official transcripts from the terminal degree granting institution for each person with faculty rank (full-time and part-time) hired. This official transcript must be on file in Human Resource Management as a condition of employment.
