Instructions for New Hires

If you are a newly hired employee, please complete all of the necessary forms that relate to your type of appointment. For example, if you have been hired into a Civil Service position, then use the grouping of forms under that heading.    Please be sure to sign and date any forms which require your signature.  Upon completion of the forms, please return the forms to the appropriate department in which you will be working.  This will assist us in expediting the processing of your paperwork.  If you need assistance with any of the forms or have any questions, please contact your department's representative or our human resources department at (504) 568-4834.
