Welcome to the department of Supply Chain
Management for LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. As
a team committed to providing timely, accurate and quality
support services and solutions to LSUHSC faculty, staff and
students, we are a department with multiple functions and
responsibilities. The Purchasing section brings supplies,
equipment and services to final point of use. The Accounts
Payable, Travel and Direct Pay sections insures payment to
vendors and reimbursement to faculty and staff for business
and travel expenses. Our Mail Services section receives,
processes and distributes USPS, campus and express mail
across the facility. |
