How Do I Get a P-Card
Business Managers and/or Assistant
Business Managers must attend LaCarte training before cards can
be issued within your department.

Five Easy Steps:

Discuss your interest in obtaining a La
Carte P-card with your Business Manager and/or Department
Head. All potential applicants must be approved by their
Business Manager and/or Department Head before they can
receive a card.

Complete a
Cardholder Enrollment Form on-line and forward to your
Business Manager and/or Department Head for approval. This
form must be forwarded in an e-mail to the
La Carte
Administrator by the approving official. This will serve
as their signature.

Once the cards arrive in the Office of
Procurement, applicants will be notified via e-mail about
the location and time of the required La Carte training.

All applicants MUST attend a
one-hour training in which we will go over the policies and
procedures and applicants will be given the opportunity to
ask questions.

Applicant signs
Agreement Form, presents LSUHSC identification to La
Carte Administrator, receives card.
