Two new digital archives were added by LSUHSC Libraries to the Louisiana Digital Library Project: the U.S. Army 64th General Hospital, organized by LSU Medical School and the Lindy Boggs Collection.

The Health and Psychosocial Instrument (HaPI) database is now available via EBSCOhost. HaPI is a bibliographic database which provides "information about behavioral measurement instruments. Information in the database is abstracted from hundreds of leading journals covering health sciences and psychosocial sciences. Additionally, instruments from Industrial/Organizational Behavior and Education are included."

Pubmed Central officially changed its name to PMC in early August. PMC is "a free archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature at the U.S. National Institutes of Health's National Library of Medicine (NIH/NLM)."
