Library Bulletin Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Library -- New Orleans Faculty Publications DatabaseThe LSUHSC New Orleans Faculty Publications Database is an online bibliography of the journal articles, editorials, letters to the editor, and meeting abstracts authored by at least one LSUHSC - New Orleans faculty member. The citations are identified using the following resources and databases: PubMed, EMBASE.com, SCOPUS, Web of Science, Thompson Scientific, Inc. personal alert service, Biological Abstracts, CINAHL, and PsycInfo. To date (January & February), 84 publications have been identified as published with a 2009 publication date. Books and book chapters are included in the database; however, we suspect that there are more books with LSUHSC - New Orleans authors than have been identified. Faculty are encouraged to submit publications, especially books and book chapters to their Liaison Librarian for inclusion in the faculty database.
