Citation searching in the Science Citation Index through the Web of Science provides a unique method to determine the usefulness of a specific piece of scientific research. This class will present a systematic method for searching the Web of Science to determine who has cited papers by a specific author. Pitfalls of the database will be highlighted and caveats will be summarized.
