Scott M. Embley, LCSW

Mr. Embley is a licensed clinical social worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Southern University at New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Louisiana Tech University. He has several years experience in the fields of mental health, addictive disorders, and Employee Assistance. He is an Instructor of Psychiatry at LSUHSC and is the Assistant Director of the LSUHSC Campus Assistance Program and Drug Testing Program. Mr. Embley is the current president of the local Employee Assistance Professional Association of Greater New Orleans and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.

Lauren R. Garnier, LCSW

Ms. Garnier is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from West Virginia University. She has worked in the mental health and addictive disorders field since 2001, and has several years of experience in community services administration. She is currently a Counselor at the LSUHSC Campus Assistance Program and Drug Testing Program.

Brenda S. Brooks

Ms. Brooks is the Administrative Coordinator IV for the Campus Assistance and Drug Testing Program. She graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management in 2005, an associate degree in Business Administration in 1995 and Accounting in 2000 from Delgado Community College .Ms. Brooks has been an intricate and valued employee with the Campus Assistance and Drug Testing Program handling day to day operations. Ms. Brooks is also certified as a breath alcohol technician.
