Camp Tiger provides an amazing experience for each and every one ot its campers. This unique, free-of-charge summer day camp provides special needs children with an opportunity to visit many places they might otherwise not see, as well as a chance to play and socialize with other terrific children. Unfortunately, this great camp is expensive. Taking on the task of giving 80+ special needs children a week of fun requires transportation, events and activities, food and drinks, and general as well as medical supplies. Costs have reached $55,000 in the past and are estimated to increase this year.

The largest fundraising event for camp tiger is our annual Camp Tiger Benefit Auction. The class of 2012 will hold this year’s auction on March 20, 2009 at the New Orleans Museum of Art. This year’s theme is “A Streetcar Named Camp Tiger.” If you would like to attend the auction or donate an item to be auctioned please contact us via the contacts link on the left.

If you can not attend the auction but would like to make a monetary donation, please send a check payable to "Camp Tiger - LSUHSC Foundation" to:
