Official LSU Health Sciences Center at
New Orleans transcripts of an academic record may be ordered online through
the National Student Clearinghouse website at
http://www.getmytranscript.com.
The cost is $2 per copy plus a $2.25 per recipient processing fee.
By utilizing this online service,
transcripts may be ordered around the clock and on weekends and holidays. You
can order as many transcripts as you like during a single session using a
major credit card, and your card will only be charged after your order has been
completed. Order updates will be emailed to you automatically, and you may also check your order status or history
online.
Your signed consent will be required to
fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be
generated for your order that you can return via fax, mail, or as a scanned
email attachment.
Online transcript requests are processed
daily and transcripts will be sent via first class mail, usually the next
business day. Transcript requests from students who were enrolled prior to 1999
take longer to process and will usually be mailed within 5 business days.
Individuals who are unable to use the online service may submit their
requests in person, or by completing
this form and
returning it to our office along with the appropriate payment.
