Offers a confidential, voluntary alternative to formal disciplinary action for physicians and dental professionals who are experiencing difficulties due to substance use, mental health, physical ailments, or disruptive behavior patterns. For more information call 888-743-5747.
• Recovering Nurses Program (RNP)
Offers a confidential, voluntary alternative to formal disciplinary action for nurses who are experiencing difficulties due to chemical dependency or abuse. Nurses may also be mandated for RNP monitoring when there is disciplinary action. For more information call (225) 755-7546.
Employee Assistance Professional Association of Greater New Orleans
The mission of the Employee Assistance Professional Association of Greater New Orleans (EAPA-NO) is to provide its members and their guests the opportunity to meet periodically to discuss matters of mutual professional interest, professional development, development of training programs, maintain EAPA program standards, provide community resources and open an avenue for the exchange of ideas.
