View Academics

In the View Academics topic the advisor can view information such as an advisee's career, program, and term summary.


Click the Self Service link.

Click the Program link of the program you wish to view.  The program information displays on the right.

Click the Term Summary link of the term you wish to view.  The term summary information displays on the right.

Scroll down to view classes and statistics of the selected term.

The class information includes the Class, Class Description, Units, Grade and the Status.


Status types are:

Enrolled, Dropped and Wait Listed.


If you wish to view additional information on a class, click the class link

The Statistics information displays.

View Academics

This completes the View Academics topic.

Release the mouse button.
Click the My Advisees link.
Click the CS,B - Cardiopulmonary Science, BS link.
Click the Student Academic Info pane.
Click the my advisees link.
Click the View Student Details link.
Click the academics link.
