In the View Class Schedules topic you will learn how to access an advisee's class schedule, weekly schedule and academic calendar deadlines.
Click the Self Service link.
Click the My Advisees link.
Click the View Student Details link.
Click the Academic Calendar Deadlines icon.
Click the Return to Student Center link to return to the student center main page.
Click the My Class Schedule link to view the class status, units, grade and instructor.
Click the my advisees link to return to the my advisees main page.
The Drop, Cancel and
Withdrawal dates displays for
the selected class.
Click the Filter button.
Click the Weekly Calendar View option to see a calendar view of the weekly schedule.
In this example, there were no matching records found using the Show Dropped Classes filter.
The Weekly scheduled displays for the current week. You can use the next week or previous week buttons to access additional weeks.
You can select a week by entering the date into the Show Week of field or click on the calendar icon to display the drop-down calendar.
Click the Choose a date icon.
Select 28 from the drop-down calendar.
After selecting a date from the calendar, click the Refresh Calendar button.
Click the Cancel button to return to the student center main page.
Click the Printer Friendly Page to print the class schedule.
Click the Print icon to print the class schedule to your default printer.
Click the Return to Advisee Class Schedule link to return to the Class schedule page.
You can also access the weekly schedule from the student center main page by clicking the Weekly Schedule link.
To view class details, click the Section link.
Click the Return to Advisee Class Schedule link to return to the Class Schedule page.
The class schedule page displays.
The class details displays.
You can choose to use the Class Schedule Filter Options to view all or a combination of Enrolled, Dropped or Waitlisted classes.
Note: If you wish to change filter options uncheck the options you do not want to view. In this example you will view only dropped classes, uncheck the Show Enrolled Classes and Show Waitlisted classes checkboxes.
