In the View Course History topic you will learn how to view Course History to find information about classes, grades and course status.

Click the Self Service link.

Click the My Advisees link.

Click the View Student Details link.

Click the other academic drop-down to select Course History from the list.

If you wish to arrange the Course History data in a specified order, you can choose the sort options.

In this example, you will sort the Course History data

by Status, then by Course.

Click the Sort results by  drop-down box

and select Status from the list.

Click the Then by drop-down and select Course from the list.

Click the my advisees link to return to my advisees main page.

Note: My Planner provides students with a tool to plan their courses for an individual term, multiple terms, or for their entire stay at the institution.

The In cart functionality enables students to plan enrollment in class sections for a particular term.

The results of the sort are displayed

by Status, then Course.

The Status column indicates if the course has been Taken, Transferred or is In Progress.

Click the Course History list item.

Click the Go button.

The Course History information found on this page include:

Courses, Course Description, Term, Grade, Units and Course Status.

Note: The Show courses from My Planner option is currently not available. 

This feature will be available when the student self-service system is released.

When implemented the Show courses from My Planner option will let you view the courses on the student's My Planner.

The Hide courses from My Planner option is selected by default.

This completes the View Course History Topic.

Click the Course History list item.
