In this topic you will learn how to view student grades. There are two options available for viewing grades. 

Option 1: You can view student grades from the View Student Details link in My Advisees; or

Options 2:  You can view student grades from the Academics tab.

Option 1: Viewing student grades from the  View Student Details link in My Advisees.

Click the My Advisees link.

Click the View Student Details link.

Click the other academic drop-down to select the Grades option.

Select Grades from the list.

To view grades from another term, click the Change Term button.

Click the Summer 2011 option to select another term.

The Class, Description and Grades are displayed in the Class Grades section.

Cumulative GPA is displayed in the Term Statistics section.

Select a term to view from the Term Summary menu on the left.

Classes and Grades are displayed to the right.

Cumulative GPA is displayed in the Statistics section.

After selecting a student from the drop-down list, click the Change button.

Click the Change Advisee drop-down to select a student from the list.
