Run the HCSD Trans Detail Report

In this topic you will learn how to Run the HCSD Trans Detail Report.

The launch process may display dialog box with a message that the report could not be opened for writing.

The Design template screen will display.

To run the report from the template, click the Refresh icon on the tool bar that looks like circular arrows or press F5.

The report displays in the window.

All fields must have a value entered. A wildcard (% sign) can be used in place of specifying a value for a field.

Enter the desired information into the Fund Code field. Enter "%" so that information from all fund Codes will be retrieved.

Enter the desired information into the Project field. Enter "%" so all Project information is retrieved.

Run the HCSD Trans Detail Report

Click the HCSD Trans Detail.rpt list item.

Click the Start button.

Click the OK button.

Click the Maximize button.
