PeopleSoft Training

The PeopleSoft Support Training Team offers hands-on, personal instruction on how to use the PeopleSoft system. Classes are offered on a regular monthly schedule or by request on an as-needed basis. Modules are divided up into three sections: Financial, Human Resources, and Student Administration. Please contact the training team for scheduling, additional training needs or questions. The following is a list of training courses and manuals available from the PeopleSoft training team.  To access a copy of the training manual, click on the title of the course.  You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to retrieve online manuals.  If you are in need of a course which is not listed or if you have any questions, please contact the training team.

  • Human Resources

              Human Resources Inquiry Web-based Training

     

    • PeopleSoft 8.01 - Human Resources Inquiry - MCLNO
      The participant will learn how to navigate through the various PeopleSoft 8.01 HRMS pages to inquire on information such as an employee's personal, work (e.g. work location, job, payroll, compensation, benefit eligibility, employment data and appointment end date), and job summary information. Also included, is how to run the HCSD Budget Report BR-9B.

    • PeopleSoft 8.20 Human Resources Basic Query
      The participant will learn the basics of PeopleSoft 8.2 Query. The participant will open predefined queries, as well as create new queries using concepts including opening and running existing queries, creating and formatting new queries using criteria and prompts, and using multiple tables in a Query.

    • Running Crystal Reports
      The participant will learn how to create a shortcut on the PS Desktop to access Crystal Reports. Also, included is how to run the Crystal Reports.
