Create a Change Order for a PO
In this topic you will learn how to Create a Change Order for a PO.
Change the Quantity or the Price.
The PO Status may change to Open once the change is made. You must re-approve and Budget Check the PO.
Click the Refresh button until the Run Status = Success and the Distribution Status = Posted.
Click the Look up Server Name button or enter it directly into the Server Name field.
A confirmation message displays.
When the process completes you are returned to the Maintain Purchase Order page.
Click the Reporting Tools link if you want to print the PO.
Click the Print icon or File, Print to print the PO.
Create a Change Order for a PO

Click the Purchasing link.
Click the Purchase Orders link.
Click the Add/Update POs link.
Click the Find an Existing Value link.
Enter the desired information into the PO ID field. Enter a valid value
e.g.
"06633086"
. Click the Search button.
Click the Line Details button.
Click the Chng Line button.
Enter the desired information into the PO Qty field. Enter a valid value
e.g.
"6"
. Click the Save button.
Click the Approve PO button.
Click the Budget Check button.
Click the Refresh button.
Click the Go back to Purchase Order link.
Click the Dispatch button.
Click the Look up Server Name button.
Click the PSNT link.
Click the OK button.
Click the Yes button.
Click the Reporting Tools link.
Click the Report Manager link.
Click the Single PO Dispatch/Print link.
Click the Close button.
Click the Home link.
