Print POs
In this topic you will learn how to Print POs.
Click the Refresh button until the Run Status = Success and the Distribution Status = Posted.
Click the Printer icon or navigate to File, Print to print the PO.
Miscellaneous Options
Verify the following fields default into the appropriate option:
Hold Status - On Hold AND Not On Hold
Chartfields - Recycled AND Valid Chartfields
Change Orders - Changed and Unchanged Orders
If a field does not default properly, click the drop-down arrow to the right of the field and select the appropriate option.
Print POs
This completes Print POs.
Click the Purchasing link.
Click the Purchase Orders link.
Click the Review PO Information link.
Click the Print POs link.
Click the Add a New Value link.
Enter the desired information into the Run Control ID field. Enter a valid value
e.g.
"PO_PRINT"
. Click the Add button.
Enter the desired information into the Business Unit field. Enter a valid value
e.g.
"LSUSH"
. Enter the desired information into the PO ID field. Enter a valid value
e.g.
"06063615"
. Click the Run button.
Click the button to the right of the Server Name field.
Click the PSNT list item.
Click the OK button.
Click the Process Monitor link.
Click the Refresh button.
Click the Go back to Purchase Orders Print link.
Click the Report Manager link.
Click the Administration link.
Click the PO Dispatch/Print link.
Click the Close button.
Click the Home link.
