Under broad administrative review from the Director of Accounting Services, incumbent in this management position will be responsible for the billing and collection of all state, private (including hospital), and federal non-research contracts, administration of reconciliation and payment of health and life insurance premiums for active and retired employees, administration of one time deduction process, and administration of prospective and retroactive changes in source of funding.
