Set up automated email alerts for changes to SharePoint calendars

  1. Navigate to calendar via web browser
     
  2. Select “Events”
     
    • SPO-CalEvents
       
  3. Select “Alert Me”
     
    • SPO-AlertMe
       
  4. Select “Manage My Alerts”
     
  5. Select “Add Alert”
     
  6. Select the calendars you want to be alerted for
     
  7. Select what you want to be alerted for and how you want to be alerted
     
  8. Select “OK”
