As a manager, you play the most important role in the onboarding process. The relationship between a new employee and their manager is the determining factor in whether the employee chooses to stay with an organization. We understand that it can be difficult or confusing to navigate these processes if you are new to your position or if the onboarding of a new team member is a rare occurence.
This website provides tools, checklists and other resources to help you effecrtively navigate the HRM processes to create a positive onboarding experience for your new employees.
