Quick steps to access your Action Items in the Online PES:

1. Your login is your LSUHSC username and password.
2. To access the PES, click the three blue dots in the upper left-hand corner.
3. Once you expand the three-dot menu, under Other Tools, click the Performance Management Program (PMP)/Performance Evaluation System (PES) module.

Quick steps to access your Position Description in the Online PES:

1. Once logged in, click on the My Reviews tab on the left-hand side. 
2. Click on the Performance Evaluation System blue hyperlink. 
3. On the left-hand side, under the Positions Description, click on the blue hyperlink position title
