Hollier a Louisianian of the Year

Dr. Larry Hollier, Chancellor of LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans, was selected as one of eight Louisianians of the Year by Louisiana Life. According to the magazine, "Each year, the Louisiana Life editors compile a list of Louisianians who stand out above the crowd. Artists, sports figures, medical professionals, volunteers, politicians and entertainers are a few of the groups we consider during the arduous process."

Louisiana Life Magazine invites you to meet this year's selections -- "people who are changing lives, making a difference in their profession, contributing to the state culture in big ways and making Louisiana proud."
