LSU Health New Orleans Academic Campuses Closing for Weather Threat
Out of an abundance of caution due to the severe weather threat posed by the system in the Gulf of Mexico, LSU Health New Orleans will close its downtown New Orleans and dental campuses on Thursday, July 11, 2019 and will remain closed on Friday, July 12, and Saturday, July 13, 2019. Classes and events in the schools of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Allied Health Professions, Graduate Studies, and Public Health will be cancelled.
Patient appointments at clinics located on the campuses will be rescheduled.
LSU Health New Orleans plans to resume normal operations on Monday, July 15, 2019.
