The Class of 2027 counselor application for Camp Tiger 2023 is open!
Camp Tiger is the LSUHSC SOM L1 class service project which is a week-long summer day camp for children with special health needs that has been organized and staffed by first–year medical students at LSUSOM since 1985.
The dates of Camp Tiger 2023 are Monday, May 22nd through Friday, May 26th.
This tradition has been entrusted to us as first year students to continue providing our campers with a safe, fun, and special experience! We hope you join the fun this summer and meet some of your incoming colleagues!
Above you will find the 2023 Rising L1 Camp Tiger Counselor application! As a rising L1, you will have the opportunity to meet new peers and connect with rising L2s and learn about their first year as medical students. The rising L2s are so excited to be a putting on this year’s CampTiger and I look forward to receiving your applications, so we can all work together to make Camp Tiger 2023 the best one yet!
