PeopleSoft Training On-line Registration (Step 3 of 4)
Audience: Business
Managers, Assistant Business Managers, Department Heads,
Directors, Administrative Staff, and anyone responsible
for managing the department's accounts.
Objectives: The participant
will learn how to work with the Accounts Payable and Purchasing
staffs to manage outstanding encumbrances. Classroom instruction
will include the use of the Purchasing Activity Reports, Queries
that augment the Purchasing Activity Reports and the PO Activity
Summary panel to identify encumbrances as well as what steps
should be taken to clear these encumbrances.
