In this topic you will learn how to View Job Summary Information.
Point to the Workforce Administration menu.
Point to the Job Information menu.
Point to the Review Job Information menu.
Click the Workforce Job Summary menu.
Enter the Empl ID and
click the Search button.
The General tab displays Action and Action Reason codes.
Click the Job Information tab.
Click the Job Data link to view additional Job Data information.
Click the Close button.
The Job Information screen displays Employee Status, Standards Hours and Work Period.
Click the Work Location tab.
The Work Location screen displays Position, and Department information.
Click the Salary Plan tab.
The Salary Plan screen displays Salary Plan, Grade and Pay Group information.
Click the Compensation tab.
Click the Components link.
Click the OK button.
Click the Show all columns button to expand the tabs. This will allow the user to view all data located on the tabs.
Click the Show tabs button to collapse the view back to individual tabs.
Click the Return to Search button.
If you would like to view another employee's Job Summary, click the Clear button to clear the previous search criteria, to enter another Empl ID.
This completes View Job Summary Information.
