In this topic you will learn how to Record an Employee Rehire.
Point to the Workforce Administration menu>Job Information menu.
Click the Job Data menu.
Enter the desired information into the Empl ID field. Enter "0000000".
Click the Search button.
Click the Add a new row at row 1 button.
Click the Rehire list item.
Note: Make sure to verify each field and enter the new position number. Rehires are rarely rehired back into their old position, since key fields are similar to those of a new hire, it’s important to verify each field for accuracy.
Click the Save button.
Select the Effective Date of the rehire.
This completes Record an Employee Rehire.
Enter the desired information into the Empl ID field. Enter a valid value e.g. "0000000".
Click the Rehire list item.
