View a Job Summary

In this topic you will learn how to View a Job Summary.


Steps:

  1. Click the Main Menu button.

  2. Point to the Workforce Administration menu.

  3. Point to the Job Information menu.

    Step 3
  4. Point to the Review Job Information menu.

    Step 4
  5. Click the Workforce Job Summary menu.

    Step 5
  6. You can search for an employee using either the EmplID or the Last Name. It is not recommended to use any of the other search fields except those noted here.

  7. Enter the desired information into the Empl ID field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "7 - digit Employee ID Number"
    .

  8. Click the Search button.

  9. View the General panel.

     

    Click the Job Information tab.

  10. View the Job Information panel.

     

    Click the Work Location tab.

  11. View the Work Location panel.

     

    Click the Salary Plan tab.

    Click the Compensation tab.

    Click the Components link.
