Sort Using Multiple Criteria


In this lesson you will learn how to Sort Using Multiple Criteria.


Steps:

  1. Click the Data button.

  2. Click the Sort button.

    Step 2
  3. Click the button to the right of the Sort by field to define the first level of sort.

  4. Click the Dept list item.

    Step 4
  5. Click the Add Level option.

    Step 5
  6. Click the button to the right of the Then By field.

    Step 6
  7. Click the birth date list item.

    Step 7
  8. Click the OK button.

    Step 8
  9. The system displays the sorted data.

    Step 9
