Holiday pay should be canceled if the employee is in a "leave without pay" status before AND after the holiday.
Click the Look up TRC button.
Enter the number of hours into the hours field. Enter "8".
We will also cancel the Holiday for 12/25/09.
Enter the Cancel Holiday Entitlement Code into the TRC for Fri 12/25/09. Enter "CHE".
Click the Save button.
This completes Canceling Holiday Pay.
