The Department of Molecular & Cellular Physiology invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor. Successful applicants will be expected to develop an independent, nationally funded research program. Preference will be given to individuals with extramural funding (such as NIH K99/R00 or R01) in cancer research, but consideration also will be given to those funded in other areas complimentary to those of the department, including cardiovascular, neurovascular, or metabolic disease.

Applicant must meet the following:

  • Doctoral degree in physiology or a related biomedical field from an accredited institution.
  • Two (2) years of professional, postdoctoral experience.
