The position will coordinate activities related to the Talent Acquisition section of Human Resource Management. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating staffing functions, including onboarding and job postings.

Essential Position Functions & Duties: 100%

  • Create Letters of Offers.
  • Process PER’s (change in title, Supervisor, department, etc).
  • Posting jobs on ATS and auxiliary sites upon departmental requests.
  • Responsible for submitting drug tests and background checks on new hires.
  • Answering departmental requests (Job description, paperwork for records).
  • Point of contact for Talent Team, controlling walk-in traffic
  • Verification of I-9 verification

The applicant must meet the following:

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Salary Range: $20 per hour  

Primary Location: Shreveport, LA (On-Site)
